'We were at the Charing cremetorium for my Mums funeral. Had the wake at the pavilion and can't speak more highly of the venue, food and hospitality . Louise made the booking process so easy, the location 5 mins drive from the crematorium was perfect. I was a little wary that the facility would be open to the public but this was no problem at all. The few people outside our group that were there were extremely respectful to our situation. The venue on a December afternoon was inviting, warm and cosy. The food was incredible , a great variety and of very high standard. My cousin said the sandwiches were as good as M and S. On the day Louise was supportive, efficient and couldn't have done anymore. An emotional event was made so much easier, I am forever grateful.'
